Nikki’s place was a perfect Palm Springs home for our small family. The pool and hot tub were great, the exterior property is beautiful and well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked and laid out, and the beds were comfy. We’d definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful time at Nikki’s property over the Christmas Holidays. Everything was as advertised, no last minute changes or deceptive camera angles . We had requested the pool be heated and after a long day of travel we arrived to an already heated pool and relaxed immediately. I would highly recommend this property in a great location with a great host.

Nikki’s place was a beautiful place for our family to spend Christmas! The kitchen was fully outfitted and we were able to cook and it was fully stocked with cleaning supplies. She provided everything we needed to do laundry as well. The house and the outdoor areas are even more beautiful than the photos. Nikki was extremely accommodating and communicative and we had such an amazing experience. We were traveling with our newborn and she really put us at ease. I would definitely recommend her as a host and her home is as stunning as it is comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, exactly as described, and everything worked perfectly. The check-in process was simple and the location was quiet, safe, and very convenient. We absolutely loved our stay! The house was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom and truly exceeded every expectation. This home surpassed even its fabulous photos. It was stylish, warm, and somehow even better in person. Check in was smooth and communication was immediate, even during a holiday week. The bedding was a standout. The mattress and linens were some of the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental. The record collection and easy Sonos access were such generous touches and made our evenings feel special. It was perfect for my five year old son and very comfortable for my parents in their sixties. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, close to restaurants and shops but still feels wonderfully residential. The amenities were full of pleasant surprises with plenty of towels, clothing steamers, and a galley kitchen stocked with quality cookware and sharp knives for people who truly enjoy cooking. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

Wonderful and very thoughtful home. Perfect location for a nice family get away. The rooms and bathrooms were a great size and fit 3 couples perfectly. The kitchen was also well stocked and the pool was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at PS Stylish Luxe Condo. We enjoyed the private patio and courtyard and the wall of sliding doors in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of cookware, utensils, flatware, etc. There were multiple types of coffee makers and other appliances. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The furniture and decor was fun with a Palm Springs mid-century vibe. The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
