We had a wonderful family spring break trip at 23 Palms. The space was very comfortable and we all enjoyed the time in the pool and sunshine. A relaxing retreat away from home. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Nikki is my favorite host in Palm Springs. It feels like I am staying at a friend's house in terms of comfort and being well curated. Little things like nice silverware, nice dishes, a fantastic grill along with a pristine property are what make her a cut above the rest. Nikki really thinks things through. FYI we are a family of 4 withy 2 boys, 8 and 5 yo. Everyone felt right at home and I couldn't think of single complaint even if I tried. I would only book through Nikki when I am in PS and this is the second property of hers at which I have stayed. Highly recommend and this listing was so close to the main drags for all the restaurants and activities but is located on the corner of a quiet neighborhood so we enjoyed a peaceful and quiet time during Spring Break. Thanks for everything Nikki, you're the BEST!!!

This a great home and great location. A very private yard to retreat and recharge. All to do in Palm Springs is very close. Nikki is a great host and checked in to make sure our stay was comfortable

We had a fantastic stay! The home was lovely, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for on our family trip to Palm Springs. The pool was especially refreshing and a perfect spot to unwind each day. The host was great with communication...responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

The home was as presented the casita is a nice touch ! we had such a great time and enjoyed the peaceful back yard with the birds chirping in the am. we will be back ! Do not hesitate the back yard is private and fully fenced for my little dog which she totally enjoyed!

Just lovely. My husband and 8th grader stayed her for Indian Wells and Spring Break. Cute, nice house located near the main area of Palm Springs so great for dining, shopping and walking around. Easy drive over to Indian Wells and back too for the tennis tournament. Would def book again.

We had a beautiful stay at Nikki's house in Palm Springs! The perfect spot for a quiet girls weekend away. Easy access to grocery store as well as the best parts of Palm Springs, even though it was such a gorgeous backyard setting we almost never wanted to leave. The house is even warmer and more welcoming than the photos make appear. Stunning, will be back.

We had a great stay in Palm Springs. Nikki is a super responsive host and makes the check-in process seamless. The backyard/pool area is a beautiful spot that is private enough to feel like you have the neighborhood to yourself. Would definitely come back another time!

We had a wonderful stay at Nikki’s place in Palm Springs. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area and pool were perfect for enjoying the warm weather. Nikki was a great host - very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs!
