Five stars! Most relaxing stay we have had in years. Just blocks from all the action you feel miles away. Private, quiet and beautifully appointed this home away from home did not disappoint! Highly recommend this home and this host when visiting Palm Springs.

We LOVED our stay at Nikki’s place. Probably the best overall AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at. The place is beautiful, in pristine condition and very thoughtfully curated from the furniture to the accessories to the great selection of records. The place looks and feels better in person than it does in the photos. It had everything we needed, the pool was amazing and the AC blew ice cold even when it was 110 degrees outside. Nikki was a great host! She clearly let us know what we needed to know as far as check in and check out and checked with us throughout the weekend to see if there was anything we needed. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in Palm Springs!

Twenty-three Palm Springs was exactly as it showed. We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our mother and daughters' trip. The rooms were very comfortable and accommodating. The casita was fantastic! The view of the mountains from the bedroom was beautiful, and the bathroom included a large tub and shower. We spent most of our time when we were not out and about lying out and cooling off in the pool. The large outdoor table was perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with the essential spices and necessities, making it easy for us to cook breakfast or dinner if we wanted to skip dining out. Nikki was such a courteous host, and her recommendations for restaurants and golf resorts were all winners. I am looking forward to visiting again soon.

Would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! It matched exactly the vibe we were looking for. Our family really enjoyed it and it was a close drive to anything we wanted to do.

We had a great stay. The place was just the right size, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were great. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time in Palm Springs and definitely enjoyed relaxing at the house!

Me and my family loved staying at Nikki’s place, it’s absolutely beautiful!! Exactly as shown in the pictures, such a good area, would definitely stay here if I came back to Palm Springs! She had great communication and our stay was perfect. 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better experience. Nikki was great, incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. Do not hesitate to book this house. It is absolutely beautiful and completely spotless. The pool area is private, peaceful, and truly feels like your own personal oasis. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would gladly stay here again.

Unfortunately, due to city regulations, there’s no music allowed outside—which was a bit of a bummer. However, Nikki did a great job explaining everything and communicating clearly throughout the process. We loved our stay! We would 100% stay there again. (Also great coffee maker)
